If you encounter something in the game that seems wrong or isn't working, it may be a bug that we haven't noticed yet. Please let us know about it using the following guide:
Before reporting, please visit the Forum, and scroll down to the ‘Technical Support’ section. There you will find a sub-category for ‘Bugs and Issues’. Known issues will be posted there. If you see that your bug is listed, then there is no need to report it.
If you do not see your bug listed, then you will need to submit a ticket to our bug reporting system.
We use FreshDesk to report and log bug tickets.
1. To submit a new ticket, go to:

3. Fill out the form:
Requester: your player ID
Subject: a descriptive title
Type: Select Incident or Problem (it doesn't really matter)
*There is a ‘question’ option for Type. Please do not use this to ask questions about the game. This is just an option we are unable to remove from FreshDesk. If you have questions, please ask in the Forum or on Discord.
Priority: If the bug breaks the game (i.e. you cannot use some part of the game because of it), select ‘High’. Otherwise, please select ‘Low’
Description:
Add as many details as you can here about the bug you found. If it's about artwork, please link to your horse. Including your browser and whether you are on a mobile device may be helpful too.
4. Then click ‘SUBMIT’
We will not directly notify you when your bug is fixed, but we will compile a list of known bugs in the Forum, and will post patch notes including bug fixes.
